Security policy

Workspace-wide rules for sign-in and two-factor authentication.

Steps

1. 1Go to Settings → Security.
2. 2Choose who must use two-factor sign-in: everyone, or selected roles.
3. 3Decide whether users may tick “Remember this device” for 30 days.
4. 4Review the password rules that apply to everyone in the workspace.
5. 5Save your changes.
