Use MetriCRM in Slack or Teams
Link your account once, then act on notifications, search, create cases, preview links and ask the copilot without leaving Slack or Teams.
For: EveryoneSteps
- Link your account: type /metricrm link in Slack, or send link to the MetriCRM app in a personal chat in Teams. Open the Link account button, check the name shown and select Link account in MetriCRM.
- Notifications for your assignments, SLA risks, approvals, waiting chats and customer health drops now also arrive as direct messages. Use the buttons to approve or reject a quotation (write a reason to reject), claim a chat or assign a case to yourself.
- Search with /metricrm search followed by a few words (in Teams: search …). Only records you may see in MetriCRM are listed.
- Create a case with /metricrm case followed by the subject. Ask the copilot with /metricrm ask followed by your question; the answer is shown only to you.
- Paste a MetriCRM link in a conversation to get a preview. To choose which notifications reach you, or to unlink, go to Profile → Slack & Teams.
Good to know
- Everything you do in Slack or Teams uses your own MetriCRM permissions: if you cannot approve a quotation in MetriCRM, the button tells you so.
- Link previews show details only to linked people allowed to see the record; others see a short card that links to MetriCRM.
- Never open a link-account link that someone else sent you — it would let their Slack or Teams account act as you.
- Type /metricrm help (in Teams: help) to see the commands.
