Website sales assistant

Let visitors to your portal and web forms ask about your products, leave their details and book a call.

For: Admins

Steps

  1. 1Go to Settings → Targets & assistant.
  2. 2Tick Turn on the sales assistant, then choose where it appears: the customer portal, hosted web forms, or both.
  3. 3Keep Use AI to answer product questions ticked to let it answer from your product names and descriptions. Untick it for scripted questions only.
  4. 4Enter the follow-up call times to offer, e.g. 10:00, 15:00. Visitors see the next working-day slots at least two hours ahead.
  5. 5Optionally choose the team for these leads, then select Save assistant.
  6. 6Each conversation the visitor confirms becomes a lead from "chat", assigned like any other lead, with the conversation on its timeline. If they picked a time, the assigned rep gets a high-priority call task with a reminder 15 minutes before.

Good to know

  • The assistant never states prices, discounts or delivery dates, and never asks for passwords or card numbers.
  • AI use counts towards your AI credits; switch the feature off under Settings → AI to stop it.
