User Guide › Getting started

Sign in with Google, Facebook or Apple

Use an account you already have to sign in to your workspace, the customer portal or signup.

For: Everyone

Steps

  1. 1An admin turns on each provider in Settings → Security → Sign-in methods (and, for customers, Customer portal sign-in).
  2. 2On the sign-in page, select Continue with Google, Facebook or Apple.
  3. 3Google and Apple sign you in when the email they confirm matches your workspace account.
  4. 4For Facebook, first sign in another way, then open My account → Security → Linked sign-in and select Link Facebook.
  5. 5To stop using a provider, select Unlink next to it in My account → Security.

Good to know

  • Only people already in the workspace can sign in this way. It never creates an account; new people still need an invitation.
  • Apple's “Hide My Email” addresses work once the account is linked.
  • Your workspace's two-factor rules still apply after signing in with a provider.
