Download your data and product news

Download a copy of your own account data and choose whether MetriCRM may email you product news.

For: Everyone

Steps

Open My account → Your data.
Select Download my data to get a JSON file with your account, sign-in history, trusted devices, workspaces, consent history and your profile and preferences in each workspace.
Turn Product news on or off. Your choice and its date are kept in your consent history.

Good to know

Business records such as contacts, cases and deals belong to your organisation; an admin can export them in Settings → Retention & trash.
Every product news email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
