Sign in and set up two-factor sign-in
Sign in to your workspace and protect your account with an authenticator app.
For: EveryoneSteps
- Open your workspace address, for example yourcompany.metricrm.com.
- Enter your work email and password, then select Sign in.
- The first time, scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, and type the 6-digit code.
- Save your backup codes somewhere safe — each one works once if you lose your phone.
- Next time, enter the current 6-digit code from the app. Tick “Remember this device for 30 days” on a trusted computer.
Good to know
- Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page; the link expires after a short time.
- Lost your phone and your backup codes? Ask a workspace admin to reset your two-factor sign-in.
