Find your way around
The sidebar, search, the “+ New” menu, notifications and the AI copilot.
For: EveryoneSteps
- Use the sidebar to open modules: MetriCRM (Accounts, Contacts, Tasks, Knowledge Base), MetriMail (Inbox, Broadcasts) and Settings.
- Press Ctrl+K (⌘K on Mac) to search accounts, contacts, tasks, articles and emails from anywhere.
- Use “+ New” in the top bar to create an account, contact, task or article quickly.
- Select the bell to see notifications such as assignments and @mentions.
- Press Ctrl+J (⌘J on Mac) to open the AI copilot.
- Switch the language between EN, BM and 中文 at the top right.
Good to know
- Lists load more rows with “Load more”, so large lists stay fast.
