Run a standard report

Ready-made reports for service, email, chat, calls, sales and customers, including every report from MetriCRM 3.

For: Everyone with Reports access

Steps

  1. 1Open Reports and select Report library.
  2. 2On Standard reports, search by name or pick a module: Customer service, Email, Chat, Calls, Sales or Customers.
  3. 3Select a report. It opens with its columns, filters, grouping and date range already set, and shows a summary and the first 100 records.
  4. 4Change the date range or filters to look at a different period or team. Your changes apply only to this view.
  5. 5To keep your changes, select Save a copy. To share the numbers, select Export.

Good to know

  • Summary reports group records and total them (for example, cases per agent). Details reports list every record.
  • Every report counts only the records your own role lets you see.
  • Every MetriCRM 3 report is here, including Ticket, Email and Message Wrap Up and Category Product Details.
