Build your own report

Choose the data, columns, filters and grouping, and see the result as you go.

For: Everyone with Reports access

Steps

  1. 1In Reports, open Report library and select New report.
  2. 2Under Data, choose what to report on, for example Cases, Invoices, Payments, Chat messages or Calls.
  3. 3Add, remove and reorder columns. Add filters such as Status is Open or Amount at least 1,000.
  4. 4Pick the date range and which date it applies to, for example Created or Paid on, or choose All time.
  5. 5To summarise, choose Group by (a person, team, status, product or a date by month) and add summaries: count, sum, average, lowest or highest.
  6. 6Give the report a name and select Save report. Supervisors and managers can select Share… to give roles access.
