Ask your data a question

Type a question in plain words and get a chart, a short answer and the exact data and filters behind it.

For: Team leads, managers and admins with AI analytics

Steps

  1. 1Open Reports and select ✨ Ask your data, or pick one of the suggestions.
  2. 2Ask what you want to count or total and how to break it down, for example “cases by channel last month” or “won deals by rep this quarter”.
  3. 3Read the chart and the answer. Read from shows the data set, filters, dates, grouping and your access, so you can check it.
  4. 4Select Open as report to change it in the report builder, or Add to a dashboard to keep it as a widget.

Good to know

  • AI only picks which report to run from the data you can already see; it never writes database queries, and only totals are sent to AI.
  • If the answer isn't what you meant, name the field you want it grouped by, or open it as a report and adjust the filters.
  • A widget added to a shared dashboard re-runs with each viewer's own access.
