Spot unusual numbers and see why they changed

Dashboards flag figures outside their usual range, show what drove the change and forecast the week ahead.

For: Everyone with Reports access

Steps

  1. 1On any dashboard with a Today, 7 days or 30 days range, a ✨ Unusual tag appears on a number that is outside its usual range for the same weekday and time.
  2. 2Select Why? to see which teams, channels, categories or people moved the number most, compared with the period before. Each line opens the records behind it.
  3. 3Select Explain with AI for a two-sentence summary of those figures, in your language.
  4. 4Forecast tiles on the Customer service, Chat, Email and Supervisor dashboards show expected volume for the next seven days, with a likely range, to help plan staffing.

Good to know

  • Detection is plain statistics on your own history; AI only explains, and only when you ask.
  • The usual range needs about six weeks of history before tags appear.
  • Forecasts work best for steady, high-volume work like cases and chats.
