Quotations

Build a quotation from a deal or from scratch, get it approved, send it and let the customer accept online.

For: Sales reps

Steps

  1. 1On a deal, select Create quotation (or ✨ Draft with AI) — or go to Sales → Quotations → New quotation.
  2. 2Choose the contact, price list, validity date, document language (English, Bahasa Melayu or Chinese) and payment terms.
  3. 3Add lines from your products: prices, discounts and SST come from the price list for the customer's tier and quantity. You can change them, or add custom lines.
  4. 4Write the terms and notes, then select Save draft. A banner tells you if the discount or total needs approval.
  5. 5Select Submit for approval. Without rules that apply, the quotation is approved straight away.
  6. 6Once approved, select Send to customer. The PDF goes from your sales mailbox with a secure link to accept or decline.
  7. 7To change anything after submitting, select Revise: a new version (v2, v3 …) starts as a draft and the old one is kept.

Good to know

  • Preview PDF shows exactly what the customer receives.
  • Sent quotations expire automatically after their validity date.
  • The customer's link stops working when you send a new version or the quotation expires.
