Leads and AI scoring

Capture leads from forms, email and imports, see the AI score and work the hottest first.

For: Sales reps and managers

Steps

  1. 1Open Sales → Leads. Leads arrive from your web forms, emails to a sales mailbox, CSV imports and the New lead button.
  2. 2Use the views — Open, My leads, Unassigned, Hot, Converted, Disqualified — and filter by source or search by name, company or email.
  3. 3Each new lead is numbered (for example LD-2026-00001) and assigned automatically by your Sales routing settings. If everyone is busy, it waits as Unassigned and is handed out as soon as a rep is free.
  4. 4The AI score (0–100) and its reason suggest how ready the lead is to buy. Check the details before you act.
  5. 5Open a lead to update its status (New, Contacted, Qualifying), see its activity and the original email or form answers.
  6. 6Disqualify a lead with a reason when it isn't a fit — it stays searchable.

Good to know

  • The Hot view lists leads scored 70 or more.
  • Turn AI scoring or automatic assignment off in Settings → Sales.
