Send a broadcast
Email a segment, list or uploaded CSV through your own mailbox.
For: Team leads & adminsSteps
- Open Mail → Broadcasts and select New broadcast.
- Give it a name and choose the sending mailbox.
- Choose the audience: saved segments, mailing lists or a CSV file with an email column.
- Write the subject and message for each language, or use Write with AI and review.
- Choose Send now or a schedule, and the sending rate per minute.
- Select Send test to me to check it, then Submit for approval (or Approve if you are an approver).
- Watch progress, opens, clicks, bounces and unsubscribes on the broadcast's page; pause or cancel at any time.
Good to know
- Unsubscribed, bounced and suppressed addresses are skipped automatically.
