Automatic acknowledgements
Let customers know their email arrived — without reply loops.
For: AdminsSteps
- Open Settings → Mailboxes and edit the mailbox.
- Under Replies, turn on Send auto-acknowledgement.
- Choose the acknowledgement template (approved templates only).
- Set how often one sender can receive it (default once every 24 hours).
- Save. Acknowledgements go only to new conversations from real people.
Good to know
- They are never sent to automated messages, mailing lists, bounces, no-reply addresses or other MetriCRM mailboxes, so two systems cannot reply to each other forever.
