Approve, reject and undo AI actions

Review the actions AI agents prepared for a person, and undo what they did on their own.

For: Admins and supervisors

Steps

  1. 1Open MetriAgent → Approvals. Waiting for approval lists every action an agent prepared but may not do on its own, with its reasons, inputs and a link to the chat or case.
  2. 2Select Approve to carry the action out now. It runs with your permissions — you need the same rights you would need to do it yourself.
  3. 3Refunds, credits, discounts, payments and other sensitive actions are never done by AI: approving one records your decision, and you carry it out in the relevant module.
  4. 4Select Reject when the action should not happen.
  5. 5Recent actions lists what agents did on their own and what was decided. Reversible actions — internal notes, tags, priority, routing and closing a resolved case — can be undone for 15 minutes.

Good to know

  • Every approval, rejection and undo is in the audit log.
  • Customers see “Done by AI agent <name>” in the chat for actions the agent carried out.
