Top up AI credits
Buy prepaid AI credit packs by card or FPX, or let auto top-up do it.

Steps
- Go to Settings → Billing and select Top up credits under AI credits.
- Choose a pack (RM 50, RM 100 or RM 500 by default) — the dialog shows how many credits it buys — and select Continue to payment.
- Pay by card or FPX online banking on Stripe's secure page. Back in MetriCRM you see the receipt (for FPX: date and time, amount, order number, FPX transaction ID, bank and status) and the credits are in your prepaid balance.
- To never pause, select Auto top-up…, turn it on, pick a pack and the balance it should top up below, and save. It charges the card you saved (from a card top-up or Add a card); FPX can't be charged automatically.
- If an automatic charge fails, billing admins are notified; after 3 failures in a row auto top-up turns off until you turn it on again.
Good to know
- Top-ups are non-refundable and appear with your invoices.
- At most 3 automatic top-ups run in a day.
