Use the live dashboards

Open Reports to see your dashboard — built for your role — with numbers that update while you watch.

For: Everyone with Reports access

Steps

  1. 1Select Reports in the sidebar. You land on the dashboard for your role: My work, Supervisor, Sales manager or Admin overview.
  2. 2Pick another dashboard on the left (or from the list on a phone) — Analytics packs cover Customer service, Sales, Email, Chat and Customer experience.
  3. 3Choose a date range: Today, 7 or 30 days, this month, quarter or year, or a custom range.
  4. 4Narrow the numbers with the filters — team, person, channel, category or pipeline, depending on the dashboard.
  5. 5Tiles marked with a green dot are live: queue size, SLA breaches today, open chats and today's sales update by themselves while the page is open.

Good to know

  • Every number counts only the records you are allowed to see, so the same dashboard shows an agent their own work and a supervisor their teams.
  • Charts compare with the previous period of the same length — green means better, red means worse.
  • Times are Malaysian time, so a day runs from midnight to midnight MYT.
