Connect an SMS provider

Send and receive SMS through your own ClickSend, Twilio or custom gateway account.

For: Workspace admins

Steps

  1. 1Open Settings → Chat channels and select Connect next to SMS.
  2. 2Choose the provider. For ClickSend enter your API username and API key (ClickSend Dashboard → Developers → API Credentials) and your dedicated sending number.
  3. 3For a custom gateway enter its HTTPS send URL, the JSON body with {{to}}, {{from}} and {{text}}, the Authorization header and where the message id is in the response.
  4. 4Tick Default SMS channel so quick sends and automations use it, then select Save and connect.
  5. 5ClickSend: MetriCRM adds the delivery-report and reply rules to your account. Custom gateway: give it the webhook URL shown after saving.

Good to know

  • Replies land in the MetriChat inbox; customers who reply STOP, BERHENTI or 退订 are opted out automatically.
  • The custom gateway URL must be public HTTPS; internal addresses are refused.
  • Use one ClickSend account (or sub-account) per workspace: its rules apply to the whole account.
