Build your own dashboard

Put the numbers you check every day on one dashboard, and share it with the roles that need it.

For: Everyone with Reports access

Steps

  1. 1In Reports, select New dashboard — or open any dashboard and select Duplicate to start from a copy.
  2. 2Name the dashboard, then add widgets from the library on the right. Search by name, or browse Customer service, Email, Chat, Sales, Customer experience and Live.
  3. 3Select a widget to change its title, metric, chart (KPI tile, line, bar, pie, stacked bar or heatmap), grouping, split and size.
  4. 4Reorder widgets by dragging them, or with the up and down arrows. Remove one with the ×.
  5. 5Choose the default date range and which filters people can use, then select Save dashboard. It appears under My dashboards.

Good to know

  • Supervisors, sales managers and admins can select Share… to give roles access. Everyone still sees only the records their own role allows.
  • Widgets someone can't see — for example sales numbers for a support agent — are left out of their view of a shared dashboard.
  • Only the person who built a dashboard can edit it; admins can also edit or delete shared dashboards. Deleting one doesn't affect any data.
