Control what AI can see

Redact personal data and keep chosen fields away from AI.

For: Admins

Steps

Go to Settings → AI → Data policy.
Turn on redaction for NRIC/MyKad numbers, phone numbers, card numbers and email addresses.
In Settings → Custom fields, mark sensitive fields as “Never send to AI”.
Use Preview redaction to see exactly what would be sent to the AI provider.
Check Settings → AI → Activity to review AI requests.
