Use the AI copilot

Ask questions and let AI prepare actions that you approve.

Steps

1. 1Press Ctrl+J (⌘J on Mac) or select AI Copilot in the top bar.
2. 2Ask in your own words, for example “How do I turn on two-factor sign-in?”.
3. 3Answers from your knowledge base show their sources — open them to check.
4. 4When the copilot proposes an action (for example creating a task), review it and select Approve or Reject. Nothing happens without your approval.
5. 5AI-generated text is always labelled; check it before you use it.
